24 October 2015 Vienna – Western Balkans Institute WEBIN and TUTORING program are members of consortium that will at the end of this year start implementing the project ’’RECI’’, which aims at improving the quality of education of Roma children in the South Serbia.

The following components constitute the project:
- Increasing participation of Roma children in preschool education programs
- Preventing Roma children early school leaving
- Development and institutionalization of Roma children education support measures.
Within the 2nd component, WEBIN will introduce TUTORING program in 3 communities in Southeast Serbia including Prokuplje, Bela Palanka and Knjaževac.
