22 November 2013 Belgrade – Second round of workshops on intersectoral partnerships for the reduction of early school leaving was held in Aleksinac, Raska and Vranje. The workshops were attended by all key local partners engaged in primary education in 3 local communities.

  

The aim of the workshops was to prepare the establishment of public-private partnerships and define the TUTORING program action plans.

Workshops in Aleksinac and Raska were attended by representatives of the U.S. Embassy in the Republic of Serbia – Mr. Ryan Rowlands and Ms. Marija Bjelopetrovic. Piloting of TUTORING program is supported by the U.S:Embassy.

These workshops marked the successfully completion of first phase of piloting in which we have created the local mechanisms (public-private partnerships) for implementation of TUTORING SERBIA program.
